The bank applied a great deal of planning, thought and research when they moved into their 30,494 sq ft facility. From the nine kilowatts solar panels to the reclaimed solid wood end-on grain pine parquet, everything brought into the building had a conscious decision behind it – acting as a physical representation of the bank’s values and ethos.
When completing the competitive tender process, the close alignment of Almeda’s core values to their own helped sway the final decision. Since then, we have continuously tailored our reporting structure so that it works best for the bank, providing our reports in a way that makes their life easier. This reduces the time they need to spend on their facilities, ensuring that they are able to focus on the key aspects of their job.
To ensure continuity of service, Almeda operate a buddy system alongside the Lead Engineer for the site. This has enabled both the Lead Engineer and buddy to become familiar with the bank’s equipment, layout and gives them both crucial knowledge of the working environment.
The result is a minimisation of disruption to the bank’s professional atmosphere when our Lead Engineer is unable to attend their site, as our replacement engineer is familiar with the contract and can operate competently within the facility’s environment.
